PVP Coliseum Event and Event Area

This page is a work in progress.  Feel free to post ideas and feedback on this post so I can see them and make this event more fun, and smoother.

Event Summary:
The Gloomwood PVP coliseum is a place where players can battle eachother for glory and rewards.  This could be a 1 vs 1, 2+ vs 2+, or a handicap battle with 2+ vs 1.

Event Rules:
There are several guidelines that need to be followed to keep this fair.
1.  Each player is allowed to bring only 1 player that represents them as a unique individual per Steam Account.  This means you cannot use your main player and Alt, it's one or the other.
2.  Battles cannot be between a main player and Alt, each player must be unique and only able to bring 1 player per Steam account / IP.
3.  Battles cannot be longer than 30 minutes, at 30 minutes, sudden death will be initiated.
4.  PVP within the coliseum and island can only be done by the participants during the event times.  PVP on this island putative the scope of the event will get you Black listed from this event.  Spectators cannot attack other spectators.
5.  No cheap shots.  This means no pre-attacks to soften the enemy, and when event is over, no more PVP can occur on this island or you will be black listed from this event.
6.  Players who are participating can prepare before the battle, but they cannot cast any spells or buffs before the event occurs (for the 5 minutes before battle starts).  Participants must be at the coliseum 5 minutes before the event starts and may not cast any spells during this time.  Either cast your buffs and spells before you get to the coliseum or when the event starts and you are in battle already.
7.  Players may not use spells that can cause damage to spectators, this includes AOE spells which have a chance at harming players who are not part of the event.
8.  Participants and spectators may not loot any bodies, unless pre-determijed before the battle.  In those cases, Volcano will do the looting and hand then to the designated players.
9.  Participants may not use runes or teleporting spells during the event.

Disclaimer:
This event, event availability, and the rules of this event are subject to change at any time.  We all work, have families, kids, and things that come up last minute; this could cause a scheduled event to be cancelled or postponed.  I will do the nest I will do the best I can to meet the dates and times. I don't want to turn this into a chore or job, or something that consumes all my available time when I finally get a chance to login and play.  If this becomes a job or causes extra stress on me, I will not continue this event.  Please do the best you can to keep this event simple, fun, and efficient as possible for everyone's sake

Coliseum Hours (times are in Eastern Standars Times);
Daily 8:30PM to 10:30PM
Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 4:00PM (fights must wrap up before 5:00PM EST, not open Holdays)

Scheduling:
The players are responsible for scheduling their teams and opponents that align with the Arena hours.  Volcano must know the scheduling in advance (at least 24h in advance).  I can make special accommodations from time to time if the day and time does not fall in the Coliseum hours, but this should not be a common thing.  Let me know way before if there is an off day or off hour that you are trying to schedule and I will do the best I can with it.

Battle Guidelines
-Volcano will do a /random function every 5 minutes to add a new creature to the battlefield.  This adds additional variables and will hopefully help speed the battle along.  The number will correspond to a creature.
1=mountain lion
2=anaconda
3=lava fiend
4=lava hound
5=black bear
6=brown bear
7=Troll
8=goblin
9=huge spider
10=fog spider
11=lava spider

-if battle is still going at the 20 minute mark, Volcano will spawn champion creatures.
-if battle is still going at 30 minutes, Volcano will spawn a unique to help speed it up.
